Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and operational conditions.

2. Delivery Schedule

We strive to ensure every order arrives on time and in excellent condition.

Our delivery services may include:

6. Packaging & Presentation

Every floral arrangement is carefully prepared and securely packaged to help preserve its quality during transportation.

As flowers are natural products, slight variations in bloom size, shape, or positioning may occur after delivery.

7. Wedding & Event Deliveries

For weddings, corporate functions, and special events:

- Delivery and setup schedules will be confirmed in advance.
- Venue access requirements must be communicated before the delivery date.
- Dhat's de Fleurs is not responsible for delays resulting from venue restrictions or access limitations.

8. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are determined based on several factors, including:

The applicable delivery charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
