Throughout these Terms, the words "Dhat's de Fleurs," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Dhat's de Fleurs, a floral business operating within the United Arab Emirates and conducting e-commerce activities in accordance with applicable UAE laws.

1. Our Services

Dhat's de Fleurs offers a wide range of premium floral products and services, including but not limited to:

- Fresh flower bouquets
- Luxury floral arrangements
- Premium rose collections
- Vase and hat box arrangements
- Floral gift sets
- Wedding flowers and venue décor
- Corporate and private event styling
- Bespoke floral designs tailored to your preferences

We continuously improve our collections and reserve the right to introduce, modify, discontinue, or update any product, service, price, or promotion without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- The information you provide is complete and accurate.
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- You agree to the prices and applicable delivery charges displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Product unavailability
- Pricing or website errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Delivery restrictions beyond our service capabilities

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Fresh Flower Policy

Flowers are natural products, and every arrangement is handcrafted individually.

As a result, slight variations may occur in:

- Flower varieties
- Colours
- Size
- Shape
- Bloom stage
- Seasonal availability

Whenever a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.

4. Weddings, Events & Custom Floral Designs

For weddings, corporate functions, and customised floral projects:

- A booking deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final floral designs may differ slightly due to seasonal availability.
- Requests for significant changes after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
- Event cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in the individual booking agreement.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Dhat's de Fleurs reserves the right to photograph completed floral installations for use in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials.

5. Delivery Terms

We currently provide delivery services throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate:

- Recipient's full name
- Contact number
- Complete delivery address
- Preferred delivery date and time
- Access instructions where applicable

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from:

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Recipient unavailability
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If the recipient cannot be reached, we may leave the order with reception or security where appropriate, contact the sender for further instructions, or arrange a second delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on our website, including but not limited to:

- Brand name
- Logo
- Product photography
- Floral designs
- Images
- Graphics
- Written content
- Website design

is the exclusive property of Dhat's de Fleurs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, published, or used without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhat's de Fleurs shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
- Personal preferences regarding flowers or colours
- Allergic reactions associated with flowers or plants
- Natural ageing or deterioration of flowers after successful delivery

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
